Scottish Afternoon Tea Baking Class

Join Chef Jessica Roberts in your own private class where you will make teatime treats with a Scottish flair.  Together we will make Scones with Quick Berry Jam, and Cranachan – a lovely Summer dessert featuring three traditional Scottish ingredients – whisky, oats and raspberries folded into freshly whipped cream – while Chef Roberts share stories, recipes and lore from her treasure trove of Scottish heritage cookbooks. This is an interactive online class taught in real time, hosted on Zoom where all questions are welcomed.

A list of ingredients and equipment needed for class will be emailed to you a week before class.  Recipes and the Zoom link will be forwarded to you the day or two before along with any minor prep that needs to be done before the start of class.

Please register with Katey at info@nullstandrews-society.ca by Thursday 17th June. If we have enough bakers for the class to run (minimum 20) all the details and the link to how you can pay will be emailed to you on Friday 18th June. Cost: $49+HST
